- Stir occasionally when it comes to boil add salt turmeric powder and red chilli powder give a nice boil add ginger green chillies chopped and curry leaves add all the vegetables except lady fingers.
- Don't cover the lid let it simmer until 80 % of vegetables get cooked and tender now add lady fingers and tamrind paste or Kokum let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame kadi will leave it's colour and oil take it off serve it with rice accomplish with fried potatoes papard and sweet boondi.
