The ingredients needed to make Solkadhi:
- {Take of dried kokum.
- {Take of fresh coconut.
- {Get of ginger.

Instructions to make Solkadhi:
- Soak dried kokum in warm water for 30 min..
- Mash the kokum nicely and squeeze and discard the pulp..
- In a blender add coconut,ginger,garlic green chilli add 1 cuo water or as per needed blend it to a smooth paste..
- Strain using a mash stainer to get fresh thick coconut milk..
- Grind it twice with a cup of water in same coconut pulp..
- Strain again to get coconut milk..
- Add coconut milk and kokum water in a jar..add salt and cup of water and mix well..
- Garnish with Coriander leaves.serve it at room temperature or chill it before serving..
